Professional Actors

Feedback and reflection are two key learning tools within the workshop and professional role-play actors are used for their enhancement. The actors are incorporated into the training in three ways: firstly through a method called Forum, secondly through individual role-plays, and thirdly by re-creating scenes from a delegate's individual experience.

Forum finds solutions to recognisable challenges through the experience of the group; the role-plays test the delegate's approach and offer focused and constructive feedback from both colleagues and trainers; "live issues" allow delegates to try out their new skills and experiment with approaches in a difficult situation or relationship taken from their own working life.

The actors provide a challenge and realism that makes the training effective, memorable and easily applied in work.
