Live Issues

You will learn on the workshop tools and approaches that your organisation and we think are important towards personal effectiveness at international meetings. However on workshops such as this one you might sometimes like the opportunity to select a tool or choose an approach and apply it to a situation or working relationship from your own experience.

We give you the chance to do this in a section called "live issues". You may be having difficulty handling a specific form of behaviour or find that you are having problems responding under certain circumstances; you might encounter the same "difficult" person again and again and never seem to master the situation or you may simply want feedback on your style to make sure it is delivering the image you want to deliver.

Providing we can turn your live issue into a playable scene for the actors, you will have the chance of reliving an actual or potential issue from your working life.
